In-Shop Service
$90.00 per hour, one-hour minimum diagnostic charge applied to repair total. Customer must transport machine to and from shop. Computers, Printers, Facsimile (FAX)and Uninterruptible Power Supplies (UPS).

On-Site Service
$98.00 Standard, $135.00 after hours/emergency per hour, one-hour minimum. This service includes all work done to resolve an operational dysfunction of a particular hardware and or software/operating system, Computers, Printers, FAX and UPS.

Maintenance Contracts
Available for computers, printers, FAX, UPS and networks. Each contract is tailored to the individual customer's needs.

Consumable Items
Such as toner and drum cartridges are available for many types of printers and FAX. Delivery provided at no extra charge within the Anchorage bowl.

Customer Cross Section
Home based businesses, retail shops, restaurants, wholesalers and professional offices such as Legal, Medical, Accounting, Property Management, and Real Estate.

Payment Terms
Payment is expected when services are rendered or products delivered. We accept cash, check, VISA, MasterCard and Discover credit cards. Terms of net 15 or 30 days are available by previous arrangement with the service department.

Standard Warranty
30 days on labor, 90 days on parts. Exceptions: Cleaning, Batteries and Software.
